Serenity Seget is a shared website for two private villas in Seget Vranjica, Croatia: Serenity One and Serenity Two. Each villa is owned and managed separately.
The villas share the same philosophy but have different layouts, features, and interiors. Each villa page includes photos and details to help you choose the one that suits your stay best.
They are managed separately by their respective owners. The website simply brings the two neighbouring villas together in one place.

Yes. Each villa is a fully private property with its own pool, outdoor areas, and parking. Guests have the entire villa to themselves during their stay.
Stay
Yes. Our local hosts will welcome you at check-in and will be available if you need assistance or local recommendations during your stay.
Standard check-in and check-out times are listed on each villa page. When possible we are happy to offer flexibility, depending on guest arrivals and departures.
During the main holiday season we usually require a minimum stay of one week, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays. If you are planning a stay outside peak season, please contact us as shorter stays may sometimes be possible.
Yes. Families with children are welcome. If you require a baby cot or other essentials, please let us know in advance.
Yes. Each villa has its own private parking area.
Each villa is fully equipped for a comfortable holiday, including air conditioning, WiFi, kitchen equipment, bed linen, and towels. A full list of amenities is available on the individual villa pages.
The villas are intended for relaxing holidays rather than large events. To respect neighbours and the peaceful character of the area, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum late in the evening and at night. If you are planning a special occasion, please contact the owner in advance to discuss the details.
The sea is approximately 400 metres from the villas. Several small beaches and swimming spots are within walking distance.
Yes. Each villa has its own private swimming pool for guests.
Yes. The villas are fully air conditioned for your comfort during the summer months.
Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the villas.
As much as we love animals, pets are not permitted at the villas. This helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
Please let us know as soon as possible if something is accidentally damaged so we can arrange a repair or replacement. We understand that small accidents can happen and appreciate being informed quickly.
Location
The villas are located on the hillside above the coastal village of Seget Vranjica on the Adriatic coast, just a short drive from the historic town of Trogir.
Split Airport is approximately 12 km away. The drive typically takes around 15 minutes depending on traffic.
Trogir offers beautiful historic streets, restaurants, and waterfront walks. Split is around 30 minutes away and offers museums, shopping, and the famous Diocletian’s Palace. Boat trips to nearby islands are also popular. You can find more ideas on our Discover page.
While the village and beaches are within walking distance, and there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill, most guests choose to rent a car to explore nearby towns and islands more easily.
Yes. Seget Vranjica has several restaurants, cafés, and small shops, with larger supermarkets a short drive away.
